FROM OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS.
Consultation and movement screen
A consultation and movement screen will allow us to assess your current level of fitness and quality of movement. We will uncover any physical limitations, compensations, or dysfunctional movement patterns that could affect your program. With these results we can make certain that the program we design is both safe and effective.
Corrective Exercise

The way a body moves is a direct indication of how ready it is for exercise. If needed we will direct some of our attention to any movement dysfunctions, structural deviations or compensations that could negatively affect your results or lead to injury.
Strength Training
Strength training not only helps with body aesthetics but also function. It helps to boost your metabolism, increase joint health, reduce pain, increase overall stability, and so much more. We will design a strength training program that will address any concerns with movement as well as help you to develop lean and toned muscle.
Cardiovascular Endurance and Conditioning
We will incorporate cardiovascular exercise into your program in the form of interval conditioning and anaerobic training. This form of short duration higher intensity exercise will help to burn more calories during and after your workout, boost your metabolism, improve heart health, and make for a fun and exciting workout.
Nutritional Guidance
Pairing a balanced diet with a well designed exercise program will always lead to the best results. Although your diet is a very important piece of your success we undertstand how difficult it can be to modify habits. We will meet you where you're at with your eating habits and progressively help you to become more mindful of your nutrition. As you progress in your program and begin to see results we will help you to balance out your macronutrients and dial in your eating habits even more.
