After becoming AAAI/ISMA certified in both Personal Training and Group Fitness Training in 2014, Adrienne Mauro has been sharing her passion for fitness with her clients ever since.
To Adrienne, form is of the utmost importance. She incorporates a variety of styles and exercises to make sure her clients are getting the best results possible. She works with clients of all ages and at a variety of fitness levels. Adrienne has experience with many different types of program designs including weight loss, sports conditioning, weight training and functional movement. She works closely with physical therapists to make sure her clients are smoothly and safely transitioning into an exercise program.
Along with her clients, Adrienne strives to keep herself strong and injury-free so she can continue to ride her bike way too fast down mountains.
